These terms govern your use of eBazar and every order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.
eBazar is an online Indian grocery store delivering across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. You can reach us any time at support@ebazar.ie.
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the items in your basket. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, only when we confirm it by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced after you order, we will contact you and refund anything you have paid for it rather than substitute it without asking.
All prices are shown in euro and include Irish VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. We try to keep every price accurate, but if a genuine pricing error slips through we are not obliged to fulfil an order at the wrong price — we will tell you and let you decide before charging you.
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
How we deliver, what it costs and how click & collect works are set out on our delivery & collection page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
Your rights to cancel and return, including the exceptions the law allows for perishable and food items, are explained on our returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately and to deliver them in good condition. We do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for your statutory consumer rights. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland and subject to the Irish courts. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order. If you have any question about them, email support@ebazar.ie.
