Two ways to get your order: we post it to you, or you collect it.
We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland by courier. Orders are packed and handed over on working days; we do not book a delivery time slot, so the courier arrives when it arrives and you are given a tracking number once the parcel is on its way.
Delivery is charged by weight, because most of what we sell is heavy — a 10kg sack of rice costs more to post than a packet of spice. Your basket weight and destination decide the rate. Northern Ireland is priced separately from the Republic.
Orders above a set value are delivered free. The threshold and the current rates are shown on the checkout page before you pay, alongside your basket total — we do not repeat the figures here, because a price list on a policy page goes out of date quietly.
You can order online and collect in person instead. Choose collection at checkout and pick the location offered. There is no charge for collection.
We email you when the order is picked and ready — please wait for that email rather than the order confirmation before travelling. Bring the order number with you; staff scan it to release the order.
All prices on eBazar, including delivery, are shown with Irish VAT included at the rate that applies to each item. Most groceries are zero-rated; confectionery, savoury snacks, soft drinks and ice cream are not. Your order confirmation itemises the VAT.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or late, email support@ebazar.ie with your order number and we will sort it out. Your right to cancel an order is set out on our returns page.
